We work with college and university students of all ages, providing them with the financial assistance they need to pursue their academic dreams.
Albert Einstein said the key to building empathy between cultures relies on a person learning the new language, working and living in a new culture for at least one year. Our mission is to allow students to embed themselves in a new culture for one to seven years. Or, as long as it takes to complete their degree. People do business with people they like. People like people they understand. Earning a degree in a foreign culture creates this understanding.
We envision the day that a Brazilian Doctor trained in the United States will take his/her education and his/her empathy home with them. They will serve their community with their new skills. We see a day where that same Doctor can travel to all 37 American Countries without the need for government permission. A person simply visiting a country does not have to entitle them to the benefits of citizenship of that country. But, a Doctor should not require permission by a government official to cross an imaginary barrier and take his family to Disney World.
We see a day when a citizen of any nation on the American continents can travel from Greenland to Argentina without requiring government permission via a visa. The day we can share education and wealth creation across national boundaries is the day we no longer have to fear our neighbors. Unity doesn’t destroy cultures. It strengthens them.
The ultimate goal is to create a generation of cross-cultural University Graduates who are able and willing to work together between all of the American and Caribbean states. If you look at the image below you can begin to understand that these are people who can work together. The sample photo uses government positions. However, the same result can be met with corporate positions and individuals. No longer will there be an atmosphere of “us versus them.” No longer will hundreds of thousands of people run from their central american countries in an effort to cross borders into the U.S. or Brazil. We can use education to create wealth and prosperity across all American nations.
